Cons: document boxes are typically stored in two rows, with a box in the back row being unreachable without first removing the box directly in front of it. This can understandably be problematic for businesses who wish to be able to access both rows at any given time.
"Best if used by (or before)" is recommended by the manufacturer for best flavor or quality. This is not a safety date, according to the USDA. If the date says March 15, 2008 and today is March 16, that doesn't automatically mean you have to toss it. The products, in general, are still safe to eat, but some consumers may detect changes in product flavor, color, taste or texture.
You always want to make sure to put things on shelves that are light unless you have one that is reinforced. If you feel that there is a slightest give to the shelve when you put something on it then you should not have this item or items on it. Also you should never put shelves above where you sleep or above a changing table or baby crib. Doing so could result in injuries in case the shelves were to fall.
